Our Mazak VTC20B traveling column vertical machining center has a fixed table for an extremely versatile and wide machining area. This high-performance machining center is designed to provide speed and high accuracy required by customers today. It is equipped with a Mazak PC Fusion 640M Control, which allows us to program on the fly with no problem. The 640M Control can also handle EIA programming downloaded directly from our BobCad software.

Sandvik Fine Boring Head
Critical hole dimensions are held with our Sandvik Fine Boring Head. The Sandvik Boring Head has a range of .118" to 1.024" diameter holes.
Jib Crane with 1/4-ton Hitichi Hoist
Our Jib Crane allows heavier materials to be transported to and from the Mazak VTC20B. The Hitachi 1/4-ton hoist allows operators to move materials both smoothly and safely through production.
Electro-Chemical Marking Machine
Parts can be identified with our Electro-Chemical Marking machine, Permanently mark from one ten thousandth of an inch (.0001"), up to ten thousandths of an inch (0.010") for products such as aerospace components which require positive tractability throughout the life of the part. Even thin-wall parts can be safely and permanently marked without damage.
